them, pickling is to remove the oxide scale on the surface of
hot-rolled plates, cold rolling is to reduce the thickness of the
plate and improve the dimensional accuracy of the plate, annealing
is to eliminate stress during the cold rolling process and improve
the plasticity of the plate, leveling is to improve the surface
quality and dimensional accuracy of the plate, and shearing is to
cut the plate into the required length and width.
