301 Stainless Steel 1/4 H 1/2H 3/4H H 1mm Steel Strip Cold Rolled
301 stainless steel strip is a metastable austenitic stainless
steel with complete austenitic structure under the condition of
full solid solution. Among austenitic stainless steels, 301 is the
steel most susceptible to cold deformation strengthening. Cold
deformation processing can improve the strength and hardness of the
steel, and retain enough plasticity and toughness. In addition,
this steel has good rust resistance under atmospheric conditions,
but it has poor corrosion resistance in reducing media and poor
corrosion resistance in chemical media such as acid, alkali and
salt. Therefore, it is not recommended to be used in harsh
corrosion environments. 301 is mainly used in cold working state
for equipment parts that bear high load and want to reduce
equipment weight and rust free. In addition, this steel is easy to
produce work hardening when impacted by external force, which can
absorb more impact energy and provide more reliable safety
guarantee for equipment and personnel.

301-1/2 Hard is an austenitic stainless steel that it has been cold
rolled to its 1/2 hard condition. This makes it ideal for
applications requiring both formability and tensile strength of
150,000 PSI and yield strength of 110,000 PSI.
